If your eSIMAdventures internet connection encounters an issue during your Ugandan expedition, our 24/7 support team is here to help. While in larger towns like Kampala or Entebbe, you can use lodge or hotel Wi-Fi to reach us via WhatsApp or email. For more remote locations, we recommend having our support contact details saved offline. Often, even a weak signal in a national park might be enough to send a basic message, or you can connect with us once you reach the nearest area with Wi-Fi access.
